Liaoning Chengda Trade Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Chengda Development Company) located in Chengda Building, No.71 Renmin Road, Dalian, is a subsidiary of Liaoning Chengda Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Chengda), with registered capital of RMB100 million.

Based on Liaoning Knitwear and Home Textiles Import & Export Company (Founded in March 1991), Chengda was established in August 1993, listed at Shanghai Stock Exchange in August 1996, with registered capital of RMB897 million and a total of 5,000 employees.

Chengda has been ranked in Top 500 Import & Export Enterprises in China, got ISO9002 international quality certification, and got the title of "AAA credit enterprise" and "trustful enterprise on contract implementation". Chengda ranked the first for economic benefits of current listed companies in Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2007, with total assets of RMB6.5 billion, net assets of RMB 4.6 billion and annual trade volume of RMB6 billion. Our total value of import and export is nearly 0.4 billion Dollars and annual net profit is of over RMB2 billion.
